what is peer education?

Peer Education is an approach that empowers participants to promote topics embracing change and sharing information amongst their peers.

With appropriate training and support, Peer Educators are encouraged to develop and deliver workshops and information campaigns that will enhance their own knowledge but also the knowledge of people who share similar backgrounds or life experiences.
